I think your letter was excellent and I could not agree with you more.  It is not about Harley riders, it's about the noise and the loss of peace and quiet to those who pay taxes, go to war, vote, and maybe also own a motorcycle.  Individual rights are what we fight for and need to remember that just because we have rights, we must respect others as well.  I recently had a young couple move in next door and the man thought it was finally his opportunity to play his rock and roll music "live" and play it loud.  I would have had to go to court to stop him since there are no laws in place for that. Disturbing the peace is just a phrase and just depends where you are.  Anyway, I GOT IT STOPPED, but still remember how uncomfortable I was during that time.  Sorry to ramble, good letter.
